Services Description

GreenLight Queen Creek Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming in Queen Creek, Arizona and surrounding areas.

All services are performed by trained professionals following industry safety standards and local regulations. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change based on project scope, location, and seasonal demand.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if conditions differ from the initial assessment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during service delivery.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement and are typically due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for tree work on their property
• Ensuring clear access to the work area, including removal of vehicles, equipment, or other obstacles
• Notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards in the work area
• Securing pets and ensuring they do not interfere with work operations
• Informing neighbors of scheduled tree work if it may affect adjacent properties

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency weather conditions or safety concerns may require us to reschedule your service at our discretion.

Liability and Insurance

GreenLight Queen Creek Tree Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We take every precaution to protect your property during service delivery. However, tree work involves inherent risks, and certain outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. Customers are encouraged to maintain appropriate property insurance.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will work to address your concerns. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health or growth, as these depend on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, pests, and diseases.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GreenLight Queen Creek Tree Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Arizona law, with the arbitration taking place in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
